Rules Review
We want to create a more pro-enterprise business environment, where certain policies and regulations act as a catalyst for businesses rather than impediment. ACE and the Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) receive feedback and suggestions from businesses on Government rules and regulations. These are regularly reviewed and where possible, amendments and adjustments are made.
In this section, we highlight some of the cases on rules and regulations that have been shared and/or changed and implemented in response to the feedback received.
